Ashley would have never thought in a million years that she would become a Celebrity Makeup Artist. After graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology with her Bachelor's Degree she had hopes of becoming a big Celebrity Fashion Stylist. At the time of searching for a corporate job, she was looking for a quick retail position to help cover her small bills. 

Ms. Dalton's grandmother suggested the Macys makeup counter. She had no intention of really taking it seriously however over time she grew to love it. Ashley realized that makeup made women look good and feel good. Each time someone sat in her chair she instantly became a beauty therapist. She wasn't only helping them look beautiful but she was building their self-worth and confidence. It was then she knew this is where she belonged.
